Kiri Lodge is a small cat boarding and breeding establishment set on 10 acres of lush pasture in Kinglake with views to the mountains.
We live in a delightful cottage homestead and have a large American style barn which houses our Kinglake cattery. The barn is lined and insulated with its own bathroom, and kitchen facilities.
We cater for only 12 cats so that we can provide more open space and a quality service and environment for them.
Each cat will be given the opportunity to have time outside their own enclosure every day.
We have a central lounge area , just like home, which opens out onto a large outdoor enclosure where the sunshine can be soaked up and the native wildlife can be tantalizingly watched. The cats are fed according to their choice with Royal Canin, Advance and Science Diet our preferred feed.
We are situated 1 hour 15 minutes North East of Melbourne and only ½ hour to Lilydale, Warrandyte and Whittlesea.
It takes us 45 minutes to get to Ringwood or Epping, we do have a pick up service which operates to these areas.
Shirley, the proprietor, is a semi retired nurse, with management skills and Vivienne has Certificate 111 in Animal Husbandry and worked as a Vet nurse for 5 years .
